1. Who we are
Mailmap is operated by ABCARE LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("ABCARE", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information in connection with your use of Mailmap (the "Service").
2. Scope
This Policy applies to information we collect:
- when you visit our website or marketing pages;
- when you create an account or log into the Service;
- when you import or connect email campaigns and ESP data; and

3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Mailmap, we may collect:
- Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), workspace details and plan information.
- Campaign and content data: email HTML you paste or upload, campaign names, subjects and performance metrics imported from connected ESPs.
- Usage data: interactions with the dashboards, analyses and playbooks, including timestamps, number of analyses run, and pages visited.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and similar technical identifiers used to secure and operate the Service.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- operate, maintain and improve the Service;

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. ESP integrations and third parties
When you connect an ESP (such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Omnisend), we access your campaigns in a read-only manner. We import only the data necessary to provide the Service, such as campaign metadata, HTML and performance metrics. We do not send emails on your behalf or modify campaigns directly inside your ESP.
We may also use third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processors) who process data on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and use it only as instructed by us.
6. International transfers
As a U.S.-based company, we may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data in the event of cross-border transfers.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account or specific data, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@mailmap.app. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
9. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest and workspace isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; however, we work to keep risk proportionate and reasonable.
10. Children
Mailmap is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
